Devon McNeil

is an organizer, speaker, and self-published author who is passionate about giving back to the Boston neighborhoods where he grew up. After spending 20 years in prison, Devon has dedicated himself to making a positive impact on the city's youth.

Upon his return to the community in 2020, Devon furthered his education through the MyTERN program and developed his spoken word and performance art through his brand, “The Streets Lied,” which is also the title of his self-published book. Lastly, he also founded Not On My Watch Mentoring, Inc. (NOMW), a non-profit organization that provides guidance to Boston youth who are at risk of being caught in the criminal justice system.
